Army Corp of Engineers Hatchery Funding Update
Greetings Sandy Chapter Members,
Our speaker at the March meeting was ODFW District Fish Biologist Todd Alsbury. He passed around a copy of a document describing the situation with the Army Corps of Engineers attempting to unilaterally quit their responsibility to mitigate the effects of their dams in the Willamette watershed. Todd just provided a pdf of that document that we can distribute to all chapter members.
