Article - Clothing Order Form

Chapter members and guests are encouraged to use this easy order form to purchase chapter merchandise. Simply print the form, fill in the item(s) desired, and fax, phone or scan and email directly to our vendor: Stancell Graphics. Or, you may bring it to our next chapter meeting and turn it in to me. You will be charged $5 freight using the vendor direct method, and it will take 7-10 days. The freight is free bringing the order to me, and you will receive your merchandise at the next chapter meeting (30 days). Don't forget to personalize your items at no additional charge. You belong to a unique chapter: we encourage you to proudly wear and display our logo.
